As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Pivotal Health, I lead operations, product strategy, and the development of our compliant, full-service Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) platform. That includes building the data systems, workflow management tools, and AI-driven solutions that help providers identify eligible claims and run the IDR process at scale. I’m passionate about applying technology where it creates measurable operational value, helping providers recover fair reimbursement with less administrative burden.
