In that work I saw firsthand how the No Surprises Act created immense reimbursement and operational challenges for the providers delivering care, and I became convinced the problem needed a dedicated solution.

As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Pivotal Health, I lead our mission to automate Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) and recover fair reimbursement for providers. Building a technology platform that integrates directly with RCM workflows, turning a complex and manual No Surprises Act process into one providers can rely on, and working alongside my co-founder Josh and the entire Pivotal team to set the standard for how this work gets done. I'm passionate about building transparent, provider-first solutions that get providers paid fairly for the care they deliver.
